The Old Guard of the Loquimini have run Exsilium into ruin. Famine, Disease, and extreme poverty run rampant in much of the south while the northern capital city of Silva thrives. Proletariats of the southern city of Aquam, led by The Arsonist, overthrow the occupying Loquimini forces and begin to sow the seeds of rebellion in the nearby town of St. Adalia. Told from multiple perspectives within the story, "St. Adalia and the Birth of Cerberus" follows the rise of a revolution corrupted.
